ALAN RAMMER, has been a marine education specialist with the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife for 28 years. Since finding his first glass fishing floats on the island of Kauai in 1970, his interest in this subject has resulted in featured magazine and newspaper stories as well as numberous lectures and field trips for fellow beachcombers and collectors.
